Description

Buchler 426-1000 Polystaltic Pump.

The four-channel pump features a single precision-machined pressure plate to assure uniform flow in all channels simultaneously.  A calibrated adjustment control allows reproducible pressure application to the tubes.  Forward and reverse modes are selectable and there is a maximum speed priming switch that does not effect the pre-set speed setting.  A high torque motor makes it suitable for pumping high viscosity solutions containing solutes such as sucrose or for forming polyacrylamide gradient gels.

Range: from 1.5 ml / hr to 237 ml / hr.
